We called back and got an answer phone message saying they were Aegon Direct Marketing Services, (although I first thought they said Avon Direct Marketing) and could be called back on 1300 305 515.
The second time that they called, they said they were from the Commonwealth Bank, but could only speak to the account holder.
I have also heard that they use the number 02 8094 5820, but when I called that number back, the answer service said they were Computershare and could be called back on 1300 783 003 between 9:00 and 5:00.

ASIC has published details of its concern with AEGON Direct Marketing Services Australia Pty Ltd (ADMS) that some telephone sales of life risk insurance products may have been misleading, or likely to mislead consumers.
