As at April 2011 both Economy Car Rentals and Abel Car Hire both offer one car at this $29 daily rate.
Please though, do read all condition carefully. This can be a good deal for some, and I am sure there are many happy renters, although there are a few who were not aware of the conditions, and were not happy.
Some things to check:
Excess: The amount you pay if any accidental damage is caused, for any reason, your fault or not. This could be $100 or it could be $4,000. Check it !
Mileage charge: The amount you pay for each kilometre travelled. You may get unlimited use, or you may pay for each km over 100km. Check it!
