They do NOT do confirmed quotations, but an estimate based on a few of your details.
I decided to check their accuracy today, against my own actual best price that I could find. My actual premium is $373 for Comprehensive Insurance.
The best 10 options provided by Justezi were:
- $292 RealPayAsYouDrive
- $389 Budget Direct
- $413 Virgin Money
- $415 RACQ
- $454 NAB
- $489 AAMI
- $559 CGU
- $595 Westpac
- $746 Suncorp
- $805 QBE
I must admit that I am shocked by the accuracy. I am with Budget Direct, and the difference is only $16
Now for a moment of truth… A real quote from the number 1 option “RealPayAsYouDrive“…
I hit a problem during the quote process: When entering my annual milage as 25,000 it refused me with this statement: You must travel between 5,000 and 20,000 Kilometres per year
So I changed my mileage to 15,000 and the price was $432 with an $800 excess.
The premium for 20,000 kms was $487.45
The premium for 5,000 km per year was $321.13
I can almost confirm the accuracy of the AAMI premium, as I was with them before, and I did save about $100 by switching to Budget Direct.
NRMA was not included in that top 10, but a quote for me today was $432, with an $800 excess.
