A typical electricity meter used with Solar Panels in Queensland is the EM1200.  This meter allows reading of Normal Power usage, Controlled Power usage and Solar Power export.

I have been given the following information for reading this EM1200 meter:

01 tot = Total Consumption
05 rad = Peak Consumption
10 rbd = Shoulder Consumption
020 rcd = Off Peak Consumption
040 rec = Solar Energy fed back to the grid

However, my one seems to only cycle through 3 readings

01: T11 = Standard energy supply
30: T33 = The controlled lower cost energy supply (about 18 hrs daily)
40: Export = How much we sell back to the power grid
