The Persona sedan introduced here in mid 2008 is a compelling alternative to Proton’s Gen 2 hatch without the flexible load-carrying benefits. Running the same 1.6-litre 82kW/148Nm twin-cam engine as the Gen 2, the Persona also offers the choice of five-speed manual or four-speed auto transmission.
