Skilled Nominated Visa (Points-tested) stream subclass 190.

The Skilled Nominated visa (Subclass 190) allows nominated skilled workers to live and work in Australia as permanent residents.

It is a points tested visa, and you must have an occupation on the relevant skilled list, with a suitable skills assessment for your occupation.

The application fee at July 2019 starts at $4,045 for an individual application.

You must submit an expression of interest (EOI) through SkillSelect before you can apply for this visa.
This submission must include all relevant documents to support your skill abilities and experience.
If you receive an invitation you will be given 60 days from the date of that invitation to apply for the visa.

    20,928 subclass 190 Skilled – Nominated Total Visas were granted during 1 July 2019 and 31 May 2020.

    7,917 of these were granted outside Australia.
    13,011 of these were granted inside Australia.

    12,507 subclass 190 Skilled – Nominated Total Visa applications are on-hand at 31/05/2020.
