The increase in the numbers of the Asian House Gecko in Australia is an interesting subject, with two very definate groups of peoples feelings about them – those that like them, and those that don’t.
The Positives of the Gecko:
- Geckos eat Cockroaches and red-back spiders. (That’s good enough for me)
The Negatives of the Gecko:
- Geckos leave droppings.
- Geckos make a noise.
- Geckos nest in Electrical appliances.
The negatives appear to be similar to some other Australian pests or insects.
