Options for entering Australia are not easy, with both Perth and Sydney now restricting the numbers of international arrivals. And Melbourne not allowing any flights.
International arrivals into Perth, Western Australia, are being capped at 525 people per week, (equal to 75 per day), to limit strain on the state’s COVID-19 hotel quarantining system.
International arrivals into Sydney are restricted to 450 per day, also to limit the strain on the state’s COVID-19 hotel quarantining system.
International arrivals into Brisbane must pay upwards from about $2,800 for quarantine costs.
