Mortgage Interest Rates are Rising again in Australia.
Westpac increased Mortgage Rates by 0.2% to 5.68%
Commonwealth Bank increased Mortgage Rates by 0.15% to 5.6%
National Australia Bank [NAB] increased Mortgage Rates by 0.17% to 5.6%
ANZ increased Mortgage Rates by 0.18% to 5.56% for owner-occupiers
These new rates are due to be in effect from November 2015.

National Australia Bank (NAB) today announced it will increase the interest rate on all new and existing variable rate home loans by 0.17% p.a. to 5.60% p.a., effective Thursday, 12 November 2015.

The Commonwealth Bank has today announced an increase in its variable home loan rates by 0.15%pa (15 basis points), partially offsetting costs associated with recent changes to capital requirements. Fixed rates and business lending rates remain unchanged.
For home loan customers, the standard variable rate for owner occupied loans will increase to 5.60% per annum and the standard variable rate will rise for investment home loans to 5.87% per annum. The change is effective from Friday, 20 November 2015 for new and existing home loan customers.

Westpac today announced an increase in its home loan variable rates and residential investment property loan variable rates by 20 basis points. The new rates take effect from 20 November 2015.
