Australian Interstate Migration 2011.

Four of the Australian States and Territories lost more of their population to Interstate transfers, than to interstate arrivals, in the 2011 calendar year.

The State that suffered the largest net loss was New South Wales, with a net departure of 15,961. The state with the highest number of Interstate Arrivals was Western Australia with 9,047.
