The Australian Commonwealth Ombudsman will consider and investigate complaints about Australian Government departments and agencies, including Defence Force, Immigration, Law Enforcement, Postal Industry and Taxation.
State Government Ombudsman Departments
The State Ombudsman’s Office is an independent complaints investigation agency.
Their main role is to make sure that State government departments and local councils act fairly making the right decisions for their residents.
