    Victoria recorded 15 new COVID-19 deaths and 725 new cases overnight.

    Victoria’s total death toll is now 162.
    The youngest is a man in his 30s.

    The other ages were three men and one woman in their 70s, three men and three women in their 80s, and three men and one woman in her 90s.

    12 of the 15 overnight deaths are linked to aged care.

  4. 3rd August 2020:

    Australia recorded 444 new cases and 13 deaths overnight.
    429 of these cases (97%) and all of the deaths were recorded in Victoria.

    Australia now has 18,318 coronavirus cases and 221 deaths.
    11,937 of these cases (65%) and 136 of the deaths (61%) were recorded in Victoria.

    Victoria has now recorded 71 deaths, with the addition of 10 fatalities on Sunday 26th July. 7 of these were from Aged care facilities.
    These 10 included 3 women in their 70s and 80s and 7 men aged in their 40s to 80s.

    Victoria recorded 459 new cases.

    Victoria has now recorded 61 deaths, with the addition of 5 fatalities on Saturday 25th July.
    These 5 included:
    1 female in her 60s
    1 female in her 70s
    1 male in his 80s
    1 female in her 80s
    1 female in her 90s

    Victoria recorded 357 new cases.
