Dubai subclass 309 applications.

A recent Freedom of Information request has revealed that there were 6,784 subclass 309 applications, still not finalised by the Dubai office as at 30th October 2020.

The vast majority of these were lodged before the 2018/19 year.

4,437 unfinalised applications were lodged in the years up to 30th June 2018.

2,347 of the 6,784 unfinalised applications were lodged between 1st July 2018 and 30th October 2020.

• Lodged 2003-04 to 2008-09: Approx 14 applications still not finalised, from that 6 year period.
• Lodged 2009-10 to 2012-13: 184 applications still not finalised, from that 4 year period.
• Lodged 2013-14 to 2016-17: 2,744 applications still not finalised, from that 4 year period.
• Lodged 2017-18: 1,498
  applications still not finalised.
• Lodged 2018-19: 1,303
  applications still not finalised.
• Lodged 2019-20: 829
  applications not finalised.
• Lodged 2020-21: 215
  applications not finalised, at October 2020.
