Last Will and Testament Proof on a Partner Visa.
Should a Partner Visa applicant, or sponsor, provide proof of including a partner on their Will?
If you have included your partner in your Last Will and Testament, then it is worth uploading proof of having done that.
The reason is that it is one extra proof of relationship commitment.
If you have not done a will, yet, then it is not vitally important to upload anything.
We did not get around to doing a will or uploading anything, and it did not stop our visas being granted. (subclass 300, 820 and 801).
If you are short on proof of relationship commitment, then it might be worth getting around to changing your will, or making one, and adding your partner as a beneficiary, and including that proof as a relationship upload item.
