The latest round of global climate talks will take place from 31 October to 12 November 2021 in Glasgow, United Kingdom. About 25,000 government delegates and people from civil society and businesses around the world have been invited to attend the UN climate conference, COP26. BBC
It has been reported that the Liberal Prime Minister, Scott Morrison, will be accompanied by just 10 staff members.
One report is saying that Senator Penny Wong was incredulous to learn that Scott Morrison will be accompanied by so many staff members (10).
Yet, she herself was one of the 60 people that the Labor Prime Minister, Kevin Rudd, took with him to the 2009 UN Climate Change conference in Copenhagen, COP15.
I wonder why.
