Queensland Election Results after 75% Counted

Queensland Election Results as at 27 Nov 2017 after 75% counted.

The Queensland State Election was held on Saturday 25th November 2017.

The results so far are:

  1. Labor Party have 834,719 votes, which is 35.90% of the total so far. This is a reduction of 1.60% since the last election
  2. Liberal National have 779,225 votes, which is 33.50% of the total so far. This is a reduction of 7.80% since the last election
  3. One Nation have 319,709 votes, which is 13.80% of the total so far. This is an increase of 12.80% since the last election
  4. The Greens have 226,153 votes, which is 9.70% of the total so far. This is an increase of 1.30% since the last election
  5. Independent have 107,772 votes, which is 4.60% of the total so far. This is an increase of 1.40% since the last election
  6. Katter’s Australia Party have 50,045 votes, which is 2.20% of the total so far. This is an increase of 0.20% since the last election
  7. Consumer Rights No Tolls have 5,803 votes, which is 0.20% of the total so far. This is an increase of 0.20% since the last election

Seats Won so Far in the Queensland State Election 2017.

ALP (Labor Party) currently have 43 seats
LNP (Liberal National Party) currently have 35 seats
Others currently have 3 seats

47 Seats are needed for a Majority Government.

If Seats were allocated in direct proportion to votes, the seat Allocation, based on results so far, would be more like a final figure of:

31 Liberal National
13 One Nation
9 The Greens
4 Independent
2 Katter’s Australia Party
