School fees for children of Student Visa holders in Australia
Student Visa holders in Australia are required to pay full International Studying fees for any children attending school in Australia.
Some classes of overseas students are exempt from payment of fees and some individual overseas students are able to seek an exemption from payment of the fees.
Some quoted annual fees are as follows:

2009 Fees
- $8,000 Prep year
- $8,000 Primary (years 1 to 7)
- $8,000 Junior secondary (years 8-10)
- $8,800 Senior secondary (years 11-12)

- $4,500 Primary (Kindergarten to year 6) or $9,160 on 571P Visa
- $4,500 Junior High (years 7-10) or $10,820 on 571P Visa
- $5,500 Senior High (years 11-12) or $12,820 on 571P Visa
