In 2020, there were 1,710 subclass 300 visa applications finalised.

700 of these 1,710 applications were grants. This came to 40.94% of the total finalised.
469 of these were refusals, or 27.43% of those finalised.
538 of these with withdrawn, or 31.46% of those finalised.

Many of these withdrawals were probably withdrawn to transfer to subclass 309 after getting married before the subclass 300 was granted.
