68.0% of these were granted.
16.8% were refused.

The number of withdrawals at 15.2% does appear very high, especially after paying over $7,000 for the application.

Some of these might have been withdrawn due to the couple getting married before the PMV was granted, with the PMV then being withdrawn, and the application transferring to the offshore subclass 309.
