Hi there,
Thanks so much for posting this information, it’s really helpful and generous of you to share.
My partner and I are considering applying for a PMV. He is in Mexico.
I noticed a wait time of 6.5 months from Mexico in your post from November. Would about 6 months be a typical wait time, from Mexico? The thought of waiting more than 12 months is awful :/
Thank you for your time!
It is not possible to tell. I have only seen the one from Mexico, and each application can have different variables that can affect the time.
For example, in one month there were two PMV 300 grants from the USA, one took 5.5 months and another took 11.1 months. The average that I saw for the USA was about 10 months.
You should prepare yourself for nearer 12 months. You can consider a visitor visa after applying for the PMV. Some people get a 12 month visitor visa while waiting.

Hello,
I am applying from the Cayman Islands in the Caribbean where myself (Australian National) and my partner (Italian) are living defacto. Do you know what office we go through, we are very close to Miami USA and also the waiting time for Italians going through the USA? Thank you
I would guess the US office, but can’t be sure.
Individual timelines, other than global standards are impossible to estimate.
Not enough data on Italians going via USA, for an estimate.
Hi, do you have any data on Italians processed from Berlin embassy?
Thank you
A
No, sorry.
Not many people state both nationality and lodging office.
And I actually don’t see much information on Italian applications either.
