Subclass 489 Visa Grants July 2020 to May 2021.
A Freedom of Information report released in June 2021 shows the numbers of subclass 489 visas granted each month, and the total of applications still in the pipeline, at 31 May 2021.
The Subclass 489, Skilled Regional (Provisional) visa, is for skilled workers who want to live and work in regional Australia. If granted this visa, the holders might be able to apply for the Skilled Regional (Permanent) visa (subclass 887).
