Unemployment Rate Increases from 5.9% to 6.2% from December 2015 to January 2016.
The “Seasonally Adjusted” Australian Unemployment Rate for those looking for FULL TIME work has risen from 5.9% in December 2016 back up to 6.2% in January 2016. This rate reached a high of 6.5% in July 2015, but was gradually lowering until December.
