Visitor Visa Refusals.
The following wording is an example of the reasons for a Visitor visa refusal.
“I have considered their economic circumstances and find that their personal circumstances in their home country cannot be considered significant in the context of overall economic conditions and cost of living in [India]. As such, it cannot be considered a strong incentive to return to [India] at the end of their proposed stay in Australia.”
“I have considered the support provided by your inviter.
While letters of support and guarantees offered by friends, business associates, or relatives are important in assisting the Decision-maker to consider the merits of each case, they are not in themselves sufficient evidence of a genuine visit.”
“The onus is on you to demonstrate your own circumstances and incentives to depart Australia at the end of your trip.”
How do people get around that sort of reasoning, for a new application?
Immigration also state:
“Do not apply for a Protection visa if you do not need asylum in Australia. We quickly refuse applicants who do not meet Protection visa criteria“.
