The Coronavirus caused Australian Universities to close and many international students to be unable to come, or return, to Australia.
There has been a lot of talk recently about international students returning to Australia, but the Prime Minister has said that international students won’t return to Australia “until Australian students are back at universities. That won’t happen unless Australians can move from one part of the country to where that’s happening.”
With the increase in COVID-19 cases recently, it seems that State borders may not be opening as fast as some people hoped.
This might cause further delays for International Students, and other visa groups, in coming to Australia.
