Wivenhoe Dam is South East Queensland’s largest water storage and is the main supply of water for Brisbane and the greater Ipswich area.
Wivenhoe Dam has a total storage capacity of 3.132 million megalitres (ML), although they class the full supply volume at 1,165,240 ML
The amount of water in the dam was 427,016 ML at 5:45am 23/03/2021.
That was only 36.6% of full supply volume.
